OLCC Liquor License Information

Effective August 12, 2024 , OLCC will no longer accept paper applications for special events and annual licenses via mail, email, or in-person drop-off. All special event and annual license applications must be submitted to OLCC’s Cannabis and Alcohol Management Program (CAMP), an online licensing system.
STEP 2 - Work with Deschutes County
The OLCC requires liquor license and temporary permit applications to be reviewed by Deschutes County prior to submittal to the OLCC.
Please allow a minimum of 3-4 weeks for Deschutes County to review the application.
For a new liquor license, renewal, change of ownership or temporary event license:
- Download and complete the applicable OLCC application.
- Submit the OLCC application via email to Deschutes County Community Development: planning@deschutes.org. Applications can also be submitted in person at the Deschutes County Community Development office located at 117 NW Lafayette Ave, Bend, OR 97703.
- There is an application fee (cash, check or credit/debit card) as follows, staff will notify you of the fees once we receive and process the application:
